Providing resources, tools, support and implementing strategies designed to work towards your goals, ambitions, and self-empowerment going forward. Assisting you in becoming your highest and best self, while achieving overall and sustainable fulfillment.

 

organizational Wellness: Education And Fulfillment

Working and partnering with organizations to promote and improve mental and physical health, wellness and overall fulfillment. Meeting with appropriate members of the organization to collect information and identify goals, challenges and areas of need. Developing and implementing appropriate and agreed-upon objectives and action plans. Meeting and working with individuals in 1-on-1 and/or group settings. Providing tools, education, resources and strategies for individuals to use for improved mindset and ability to better address and reduce challenges and stressors in and outside of the workplace. Addressing and have discussions about key issues such as:

  • Coping skills and stress reduction.

  • Chronic illness.

  • Harmful versus helpful mindsets and behaviors.

  • Lifestyle changes for improved health in body and mind.

  • Self-care, self-improvement and self-advocacy.

  • Individual and collective goal-setting.

  • Awareness of available assistance, programs and resources inside and outside the workplace for mental and physical health.

  • Stigma around seeking assistance for mental and physical health challenges and needs.

  • Improving communication skills.

  • Identifying and overcoming barriers.

 

Motivational and Public speaking

Providing information, insight, inspiration and motivation. Discussing and sharing ways to overcome challenges, break down barriers and achieve success. Sharing the story of my personal and professional journey and lived experience. Sharing and providing insights on topics such as turning weaknesses into strengths, self-improvement, self-advocacy, health in body and mind, self-empowerment, developing and using supports and overcoming adversity. Sparking thought-provoking conversations to facilitate and motivate attendees to take action, seek resources and supports, promote new ideas and pursue their dreams, passions goals and overall fulfillment.
